We just received your order. Please allow up to 4 days of processing since we have an overload of orders each week. Your products will be shipped via dry ice. Please remove this dry ice with a wash cloth or towel. Place to the side and allow it to melt away from your skin. Please make sure that no one touches the product with there bare hands, otherwise they will get burned.
